1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RecipeFlow – Recipe Keeper & Recipe Calculator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RecipeFlow is an Android application that provides tools for saving and organizing recipes, scaling ingredient quantities, converting measurements, calculating nutrition, and planning meals. The App is developed and maintained by Tikamori.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Android devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any recipes, notes, and other content you create within the App ("User Content"). By using the cloud sync feature, you grant us a limited license to store and process your User Content solely to provide the App's functionality. We do not share your User Content with third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair our services

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions processed via Google Play Billing. All purchases are subject to Google Play's terms and conditions. Subscription prices and features are displayed in the App at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.

7. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Advertisement content is subject to Google's policies and is not controlled by us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Nutritional information and recipe calculations provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional nutritional advice, medical advice, or dietary guidance from a qualified healthcare provider.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on nutritional information provided by the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the 'Last updated' date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
